NFD 2.50 Wheel hub for N20 gearmotor

I designed this project specifically for N20 gearmotors and the somewhat ambiguously named "63.5mm Rubber Wheel for RC Airplane and DIY Robot Tires" (https://www.ebay.ca/itm/172371538835). To prepare these tires, I had to use a pair of side cutters to remove the original hubs, which resulted in some minor damage to the surface of the tire. If you have a more efficient or cleaner method for accomplishing this task, please feel free to share your approach with me. The wheels will be installed on a small funbot designed for my 4-year-old child to practice driving and competing against dad's fairyweight. I've included a blank version of the outboard hub as well as the "branded" version for reference. Required parts include one M3x.05 4mm set screw for each hub, which can be sourced from McMaster-Carr P/N 92015A102 in packs of 100.
