Needed a great part cooling solution to fit them all (printers). Took Eva 2.0 platform cooling shroud and made it fit the NF Sunrise. Made an adapter for 5015 blower fan. Print with supports on build plate, or paint on the supports for the mounting brackets as shown on the picture. I have printed the tips separately in PET as its has heat resistance, and just glued them on the main body that was made in coPET. Mounts to the side holes on the extruder with 2 M3x1 bolts and offers height adjustment Order of installation: - print the parts; - insert 2 M3 nuts in the premade holes on the shroud; - use 2 M3 bolts to secure the shroud to the NF Sunrise extruder but don't make it tight; - lower the extruder so the nozzle touches the build plate; - place a 2-3 mm shim near the nozzle and place the shroud on top; - hold it in place and tighten the screws; - preinstall the fan on the adapter; - insert 2 M3 bolts and bolt the adapter to the shroud. v2 New version adds wider cooling under the heating block. Changed the 5015 fan adapter to have more supports for the fan. Fan is now held in place by 2 pins, 1 is included on the adapter, the other one is friction fit when the fan is placed in place. You can use M3 bolt if have one that is long enough. 21\06\2022 Edit: After many hours of printing with v2 i have found that it doesnt benefit the cooling capability so i stuck to using v1 duct and v2 fan adapter. reprinted everything in ABS+ from Monofilament to make printing head more light weight.
