Nexx & Touratech Adventuro Carbon 2 Replacement Visor Clip and washer. The original broke very easily and is the worst-designed visor I've ever had on a helmet. However aside from this Achilles heel, it's a great helmet. This redesigned part adds strength to the weakest parts of this design. The added ridge on the inside should face down when locked on the helmet to add pressure to the visor mechanism. The washer is key to fixing the loose visor problem. My visor would always fall closed at highway speeds due to the poor design of the visor and clip. Washer instructions: Material: TPU Install the washer between the visor and the peak. If you don't use a peak it would go between the visor and the covers used in place of the peak. When placing the washer have the visor open, before you lock the visor clip, close the visor. The fit will be tight so you will need to press in with medium pressure as you lock the clip.
