To strengthen my car media project for Android, I expanded the cutout for the lens to accommodate a phone with trackball on either side and added feet for secure attachment to our vehicle's tray. For the holder, print out left and right versions, trim ears, clean edges, and slide onto Nexus One. Alternatively, two identical lefts or rights can be used successfully. When printing, opt for SF50 with these settings for adhesion: no raft, skirt gap 4.0, 25 layers in skirt, object first layer speed, feed rate infill 0.4, feed rate perimeter 0.4, flow rate infill 0.2, and flow rate perimeter 0.4.
