Upon searching the internet for new decorating ideas, I stumbled upon the Nanoleaf Aurora. The hefty price tag immediately ruled out a purchase, but why buy something if you can create it yourself? The design has one major drawback: once connected, it's not modular. However, I designed the casing to allow for different configurations - until you wire everything up, that is, and the design becomes more or less fixed. PARTS LIST: ARDUINO NANO 28 GAUGE WIRE ADDRESSABLE LED STRIP (13.2 ft variation) 1 SPOOL OF FILAMENT BIRCH plywood (for back panels) ACRYLIC & STENCIL FILM (used for light diffusing panels) PROTOBOARD (2x8 cm variety) DC PANEL JACK 5V 10A POWER SUPPLY (a bit excessive, but better safe than sorry) -- ALL PARTS WILL BE UPLOADED SHORTLY - FINAL LASER CUTS TO FOLLOW --
