I crafted a Nexus 7 horn; it functions wonderfully as it increases sound fivefold. Printing at 25% infill with .50mm layers without a raft, I utilized Loctite rubber bought from Walmart for a secure grip and scratch protection. My printed item managed to reach 95% before detaching from the build platform. I had forgotten to adjust the platform temperature to 110°C, which may require further fine-tuning.
