I'm a Nexus 7 (2012 edition) wall mount. You simply slide the tablet through the parts attached to your wall, and then you can use the optional wedge to secure it firmly in place. How I Designed This All my measurements come from this XDA Developers forum thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1982861 I used CAD software to create a box design, then superimposed the Nexus model onto it and carved out the shape. Next, I made some adjustments with holes and other features. To ensure a snug fit, I scaled up my design by 5% so there's room for the Nexus to slide in smoothly. The wedge is essential to getting it to sit tight.
