My glass cover broke progressively. I removed the back case following iFixit's guide on "Nokia 7.1 Charging Port Replacement " here: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Nokia+7.1+Charging+Port+Replacement/141529 The fingerprint sensor can also be detached with a heatgun, and then pressing on the sensor gently form the "outside", using something that will not melt (cuz it's hot!). After a few iterations of measuring,i got to this, which suits my need. **NOTE**: try reducing the round corner diameters to 8 mm in FreeCAD if it still doesn't look nice to you. The print on the picture used 10 mm, and the STL file has 9 mm (not tested but should work).
