Nexus 6 Wallet Case - Customizable
thingiverse
Optimized for Semiflex and Cheetah. Ninjaflex is likely to work too. Some softer types of PLA may work, but the hinge can break eventually. The customizer does not seem to like the imported STL, so you may need to download the SCAD file and use OpenSCAD locally to customize (it's free!). Customizable options include Wallet Case, Flip Case, and Bumper. You can add your own name or signature in the customizer, with "OnePlus" as the default. Default settings include a Wallet Case with three credit card pockets, one extra pocket, and an integrated stand. We all suffer from bad bed adhesion from time to time. Why not use it to our advantage? When adding a small air gap between layers, they still adhere during printing but can be separated to form pockets. I used Simplify3D, but have not tested with other slicers. If you have problems separating the layers, add a small piece of tape at the air gaps during printing. A 3mm wide opening is usually enough to insert a screwdriver and successfully open the pocket. I used a piece of Kapton tape for the stand only; you can see it in the picture (yellow tape). If you use too much tape, the layers may separate during printing, causing deformation or a failed print. For flip and wallet case styles, use a flexible material because the hinge can break after some time with harder materials. Optimized for Semiflex/Cheetah, but Taulman PCTPE (a combination of Nylon and TPE=Ninjaflex) has been successfully used too. To use Taulman PCTPE, apply these settings: Layer Height: 0.1 Stand Z Layer: 5 Case Side Thickness: 1.9 Case Top Bottom Thickness: 1.9 Phone Dimension Additional X: 0.1 Phone Dimension Additional Y: 0.1 Phone Dimension Additional Z: 0.1
