Nexus 5x card case
thingiverse
I completely reworked its back end to allow one card to be held inside. It's a huge advantage for carrying bus cards. When troubleshooting the two-lid system, try lid_19 first, and if that's still loose, switch to lid_20 - it's slightly larger than lid_19. During printing, remember to rotate both lids 180 degrees horizontally to ensure they fit properly. Here are my recommended print settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: prusa i3 Printing Options: Rafts: Disabled (No) Supports: Enabled (Yes) Resolution: Set to 0.2mm for the best results. Important Notes: For the shell, bottom, and top layers, ensure each has a thickness of exactly 2mm. When printing the lid, do not use supports - simply rotate it horizontally for optimal fit. In contrast, use support when printing the case itself, as it will need them to turn out perfectly. When printing the case, set your scale to 1.007 - this ensures an exact, precise fit every time.
