This is a tire insert model to print in TPU for 1.9" wheels for RC Crawling "exclusively ". This tire insert has two parts that need to be printed. Both model files are included (STL files) and project files for Cura settings (3MF files). These were tested for a perfect fit with Proline 4.75" tall crawling (tested with Hyrax and TSL Super Swampers) tires but should work well with other brands. The model has 2 parts, the outer part which needs to be printed in very soft TPU (NinjaTek 85A recommended), and the inner part that should be printed in a firm TPU (Overture 95A works well). This allows RC cars to have great traction while keeping the tire shape, adding grip, and making the car predictable during crawling. The exclusive design is made to provide extreme support of side crawling and sharp turns.
