Nextion Bezel 3.5in

Ben VK5BB, a Ham radio friend, sparked this project with an idea for a DSTAR hotspot featuring a 3.5 Nextion display. He enlisted my help in creating a bezel to complete his innovative project. I worked closely with Ben to refine the design, taking his initial 2D sketch and transforming it into a detailed 3D model using Fusion 360. To achieve the sleek, glossy finish desired for this project, I chose ABS as the printing material. A crucial note for ABS printing is that an enclosed environment is essential to prevent warping or distortion of the material during the printing process. This design can be easily scaled to accommodate various screen sizes, offering flexibility in its application.
