Nextion 3.5-inch LCD, Raspberry Pi Zero & MicroUSB Socket
thingiverse
This case was modified from the original to include mounting pads for a Raspberry Pi Zero W and also for a MicroUSB socket (see pictures), as well as the Nextion 3.5" LCD. It was designed to fit an MMDVM ham radio board on top of the Pi, which then connects to the LCD. However, you can connect the LCD directly to the GPIO pins on your Pi if you imagine another use. The microUSB socket is recessed slightly to allow larger connectors to properly connect. I chose a power socket on the right side since it was designed for installation in my vehicle. You can simply rotate the box to have the socket on the left, since the lid is not polarized. I included some 1mm washers to pad between the screws and LCD. I used M3 screws to hold the modules in place, but self-tapping screws are also fine. The holes are 2.5mm ID. Feel free to modify it as needed. Some text was removed from this uploaded version. Thanks to ledfreak3d for the original case design. George M1GEO **I'm not able to print these cases for anyone; I apologize**
