I had trouble with the suction cup and positioning my Nextbase 512GW. My windscreen has sun-blocking patterned edges, making it impossible to attach the suction mount high enough. I created this custom double-sided tape version, using some solid 3M gel tape for attachment, and it works perfectly. A 20% infill provides a bit of flexibility in the tightener, which snaps securely into place.
