Newton's Cradle
grabcad
A Newton's cradle, also known as a Newton's rocker or ball clicker, was named after the famous physicist Isaac Newton in 1967 by Englishman Simon Prebble. Despite popular misconception, it has nothing to do with Newton swinging as a child. This toy demonstrates three fundamental physics principles: conservation of energy, conservation of momentum and friction.
