newton's cradle
grabcad
A series of swinging spheres illustrates the law of conservation of momentum and energy in Newton's cradle, named after Sir Isaac Newton. When one sphere at an end is lifted and released, it impacts the stationary ones; force is then transferred through these still spheres to propel the final one upward. Commonly called Newton's balls or Executive Ball Clicker, this device displays the principles of physics in action.
