Form for making newspaper pots for starting seeds. You can find videos online for how to use something similar. I was able to print it without supports on my Ender 3, but your mileage may vary. It is a long stretch across the hollow of the tamper. I set the infill very low to save filament, but increased the bottom thickness a little bit to make sure it holds up.
