It's actually a Physically Based Shading material, just like a PBR Shader. The color maps don't show metal areas as black - that's the only key difference. Since these areas are relatively small, it doesn't matter much, so you can use this shader like a standard specular PBR workflow too. These maps were made specifically for Unity's metallic/smoothness PBS material. To use them in Unity, just download the additional file as well - it includes a metallicRGBA tif texture with an alpha channel that holds smoothness information. Alpha channels are required by Unity; otherwise, the maps can't be loaded separately. But I've also included metalness/roughness PBR in the add-on file: Color AO Metallic Smoothness/Glossiness Bump Additional File: MetallicRGBA.tif + Metalness/Roughness To use this in Cinema 4D as a proper PBR shader, you'll need to separate the textures correctly. However, when using Beckmann for instance, remember to set the blend mode to Max or Average - then you'll get PBS shading. Just one more thing: invert the smoothness map's black points.
