Newport Vessels trolling motor tilt latch plate

I worked out a simple mod to the Newport Vessels motor mount bracket to allow the motor to tilt freely during normal operation, then lock in place on demand, so it won't tilt up when running in reverse. Just need to make one simple plastic part. No permanent modifications to the motor mount bracket. This might be applicable to other brands of motors, depending on the specifics of their mount brackets.
