This tool is engineered to secure the glass globe in Newmar Motor Coach wall mounted LED lighting fixtures by tightening the clamping ring. Carefully securing these clamping rings can eliminate unwanted rattling of fixtures and holds the glass globe firmly in place. It features a 1/4" drive socket that enables the use of a driver or extension to reach down inside of these fixtures. Revision 2: I had to revise the design for ABS printing due to its tendency to shrink. The original 1/4" drive socket was too tight, so I compensated for the shrinkage in Version 2. This file fits the 1/4" drive handle nicely. If you're using ABS, use Version 2; it works perfectly with PLA. The original file snaps onto the 1/4" drive handle and makes it easy to remove the globe for periodic cleaning. Both tool files fit the lamp tightening ring very well.
