This 3D model of Newcastle, England is based on real data and features a realistic setup of buildings and streets. Comprising seven building groups with top and side parts that allow for customization in terms of color, materials, and textures, this model is UV mapped with overlapping UVs. Positioned on a flat surface, the geometry consists of polygonal quads and tris, rendering quickly without textures. The model can be licensed for commercial use under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license and includes data from OpenStreetMap. With 725,88 points/verts and 481,582 polygons, the model is available in .c4d, .fbx, .dae, and .obj formats. Please ensure that it suits your project by checking the preview images and description before purchase; any doubts can be clarified prior to purchasing. Note that while streets appear between buildings in the title, they are not a separate 3D model. Additionally, due to varying degrees of data processing, some buildings may be missing or non-existent. Updates will be provided at no extra cost if such changes occur. Some buildings on the map may not exist yet due to urban planning projects. These models can be compatible with other terrain 3D models and compatibility is updated continuously. If a required model is not compatible, please contact for availability. The minimalistic concept of these models shows close-to-exact streets and building alignments and heights but are not designed for high precision urban landscapes. They are not 3D print ready, and upon purchase, you will receive the exact 3D model seen in the preview images. Lighting setup is not included, but a free render studio download is available for .c4d (native format) and .fbx (exchange format). Lastly, please ensure that the model meets your project requirements before purchasing, and any doubts can be clarified beforehand.
