This 3D model of Newcastle, England is based on real data and features a realistic setup of buildings and streets. Comprising seven building groups with top and side parts that allow for customization in terms of color, materials, and textures, this model is UV mapped with overlapping UVs. Positioned on a flat surface, the geometry consists of polygonal quads and tris, rendering quickly without textures. The model can be licensed for commercial use under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license and includes data from OpenStreetMap. With 725,88 points/verts and 481,582 polygons, the model is available in .c4d, .fbx, .dae, and .obj formats.
