Newbie creates character

This is my first 3D model that I created, and decided to publish, using Blender software. It's the initial result of self-learning path in 3D modeling. Creating it took an enormous amount of time, numerous iterations, redoing certain aspects just to perfect my workflow and implement best practices (the ones I managed to discover). My main goal for this model was to use as few polygons as possible while still maintaining a level of geometry - the total number of Tris is 31k. It's also skinned to an armature and positioned in this pose, but unfortunately, I encountered trouble importing the .blend file. The eyes were not where they needed to be. I still have plenty to improve when it comes to texturing. Any advice on how to enhance my skills would be highly appreciated.
