New Z endstop/limit location for calibration a-la UM2 on UMO+

The new version works seamlessly. V2 didn't quite cut it, but this latest iteration is spot on. Moving the Z stop from the top to the bottom has a minor drawback - it reduces the available Z print area by 1cm. However, I'm not too concerned about that loss of space, given the overall benefits of this approach. The goal here is to make resetting the Z0 setting as easy as it is on the UM2 printer. Ideally, we can even create a Calibration routine using Ulticontroller - something that shouldn't be too difficult to implement. I'm making progress on this idea and I'm pleased with how things are shaping up. You can check out my work in progress at ultimaker.com/en/community/22120-idea-new-location-for-z-limit-on-umo.
