New York Slice Board Game Insert
thingiverse
Human: Design a custom insert for the board game New York Slice. It keeps slices in a more thematic pizza shape in the box, rather than a big mess or other stacking methods. There are holders for the cards as well. Print four corners and four spacers. If you have a larger print bed, print four joined parts instead. Holes are in the back of the corners to save filament since it does not act as a container, only the surface facing inside is structural. Print two special card holders. Corners go into the corners, spacers between them. They should all fit with just a little wiggle room left over. Card holders loosely clip onto corner pieces so they don't slide too much in the box. If you have trouble getting slices out, remove one piece of the insert and then put it back. I was going to add a divot to one piece to make it easier, but removing a piece is just as simple. Card holders ended up higher than intended. They raise the lid a bit, but toward the front it's not a big deal. EDIT 2018-03-25: I added a v2 of corners and special holder so they should notch into each other, but I haven't tried it personally yet. With reduced size of v2 special holder, you need to print three of them if you choose to use them. EDIT 2019-04-22: Removed files including the New York Slice logo by request of Bezier Games
