New York industrial building 3D model

This 3D model features a high-poly industrial building, rendered using V-Ray. The stack is not collapsed, and textures are included. Tested with Checkmate lighting program, files are available in 3DS, FBX, and OBJ formats without meshsmooth modifier. No hidden objects; all objects are grouped with materials applied. Textures are properly set, and no missing paths exist. Scale is 1:1, and opening the MAX file allows you to render an image identical to the preview by simply clicking "Render." The model's gamma is set at 1.0, unit scale is 1:1 in centimeters, and optimized for rendering in 3DS Max and V-Ray. The building is located on Bergen Street in New York and features a brick elevation, blue first level, fire escape with metal stairs, shattered windows, and doors covered by shatters.
