This high-poly building is rendered using V-Ray with non-collapsed stacks and includes textures. Tested in Checkmate Light Program, it exports 3DS, FBX, and OBJ files without meshsmoothing. It has no hidden objects, grouped objects with materials, clear texture paths, 1:1 scale, and lights/cameras for rendering. Optimized for 3ds Max and V-Ray; adjustments may be necessary in other programs. Set in New York, the first-floor interior features fire rescue stairs at the facade, window curtains/air conditioners, and black cast iron columns for decoration.
