New World Monkey Skeletal Scan, Pelvis and Vertebrae
thingiverse
Want a monkey? Build one yourself! This is a scan of the pelvis, lumbar (lower back) and caudal vertebrae (partial tail) of a new world monkey, possibly a Colombian monkey. The image was taken during repairs at a museum, where it had been damaged. The specimen provides an excellent example for studying comparative skeletal morphology in primates. If you would like to use this scan for any purpose other than personal use, please contact me for proper attribution. To share the image, post a photo of your printed version and check out my designs on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/dricketts/designs.
