New Version - Woodworking joinery jig
thingiverse
[WIP] I thougt i needed to make some changes at the original design as i was unable to make it match for my wood material. I think there is something wrong in the org. SCAD file, so i made some corrections. But maybe i get the whole idea of this template wrong? Lines (org. file line numbers) I changed: Line 4: bushing = 10.8 + 0.1; changed to bushing = 10.9; why? because if its not a simple value but a calculation, its not showing up as a editable parameter Line 65: translate([materialthickness, -3*nutdiagonalwidth-offset, 0]) changed to translate([materialwidth/2, -3*nutdiagonalwidth-offset, 0]) why? it makes no sense for me to move the screwblocks corresponding to the thickness in this axis. It needs to be moved to the outer edge half the way of the material width. Line 71: Same as above for the nut-slot Line 79 and 83: Same as the 2 above for the other screwblock Line 121 and 125: Moved the screw holes the same method, using materialwidth/2 instead of materialthickness. Its still a WIP because I write this while it prints for the first time.
