New Sidepanels for Behringer QX1202USB
prusaprinters

When my Behringer QX1202USB broke because an electrolyte capacitor lost most of it's capacity, I not only replaced every electrolyte for the power supply but I also removed the tiny heatsink that was mounted directly below those capacitors. They were rated 85°C and had been run at roughly that temperature for some years.

To enable a larger heatsink to be mounted on the power regulators, I made new sidepanels and added a cutout to the right one.

The new sidepanels also make it possible to have the mixer stand on it's side.

I printed each side separately, in the silver PLA that came with my MK3S.

The model is built from multiple bodies (one of the first things I did with FreeCAD). Because the left side is a mirror of the right, both have the cutout in the FreeCAD file. See the screenshot for how to suppress the cutout if you want to re-export the sides from FreeCAD.
