I designed and built new parts for my Dremel drill press, which feature:\r\n\r\nA sturdy base with enhanced fixation points (optimized for wood screws) and holes to secure M4 screws that lock the smooth rods in place;\r\nA sleek top cover with strategically placed holes for M4 screws to secure the smooth rods;\r\nCustom-designed Dremel 3000 Top and Bottom holders, complete with adapters for use with generic tools;\r\nAn ergonomic handle that fits perfectly on an 8mm thread rod;\r\nA locking mechanism that prevents the sliding bush from escaping its designated position;\r\nA simplified knob design requiring less material.
