2/21/2016 -Added a new version fixing overhang. Tested with extruder. Feeds clean. Canola oil is highly recommended for the best results. Edit: Ensure you print this model in the orientation shown in the picture. Printing it upside down will not produce accurate results due to the unique design of the cavity. I'm fortunate that it works as well as it does, and I've learned a great deal from other models about creating complex designs like this one. A lot of calculation goes into sizing these parts correctly. I'll make sure to clean up the threading entry in future versions and consider making a complete overhaul if needed. If you have any suggestions for improving the cavity design to make it easier to print, I'm happy to hear them. This is an entirely new design for a Bowden 6-1 splitter, replacing my previous release. I'll keep the files available for now but plan to discontinue support soon. The model should work as expected, although you may experience some clicking when assembling it. If printed correctly, this shouldn't cause any issues with your extruder. A small amount of canola oil won't hurt anything. This is version 0.5 alpha, RC1. If anyone had trouble with the previous version, I apologize for the inconvenience. This task proved to be more challenging than I anticipated, but I learned a great deal in the process.
