New Lid/Cover for Commodore C64 Datassette C2N
thingiverse
I modeled the lid of my Commodore 64 Datassette in Fusion360, since I noticed nobody has made it before. I tried to be as accurate as possible in the measurements, and I think I may have done a not-too-bad job. I haven't printed this model yet (the print settings I wrote are those I would personally go for), but I would really love to hear your opinions/feedback. I'm looking forward to see you post a make as well! :D I included two different models: The first one has a flat top face (which I suggest you placed directly on the heated bed). This will not allow you to see the cassette once it's closed, unless you print it with transparent filament. The second one has an hexagonal grid that lets you see the cassette itself, while preventing it from accidentally jumping out of the datassette.
