New Improved Phone Mount and Headlight Bracket

This two-part set of easy-to-print components enables you to mount a headlight, phone (phone holder sold separately), or computer to your Catrike Tricycle. The system will work on any bicycle featuring tubing with a diameter of 25.4mm (1 inch). I have successfully tested this setup on my own Catrike Dumont trike and it functions perfectly. I am producing these components using a .6mm nozzle with a 2mm shell, 20% infill generated through gyroid pattern. The layer height is set to 0.24mm, making the print process relatively effortless. Note that the phone mount necessitates support during printing, whereas the headlight part can be printed without supports and only requires a skirt for stability. Additionally, it may be necessary to apply a brim to the vertical section of the print to secure the phone mount in place. I am utilizing PETG 1.75mm filament from Overture, which is available for purchase on Amazon. The two components are joined together using two M4 x 40mm Alan head screws, resulting in a highly secure system where the screws self-tap into the phone mount bracket. The phone holder depicted in the image can be acquired from Amazon via the following link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N15DI2V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
