This 3D model originated as a Sketchup 8 creation before being converted into all other applicable formats. The original native format was .skp and is still preserved in its native 3ds Max scene which uses the 2016 version of the software. A Vray 3.00 rendering was used to create it, showcasing an impressive Skyscraper located in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil.
