New front end Element enduro Sendero crawler
thingiverse
This is an entirely new front end for the Element Enduro Sendero. I specifically designed it for this crawler, but the bumper will also fit other vehicles. For the connection to the vehicle, I cut out the rods (with three holes) from the original bumper. Cutting them out and making them 42mm in length was necessary. Additionally, I drilled a hole at the cut-out end with a 2.5mm drill bit and tapped an M3 thread about 10 to 15mm deep. These rods will fit into the bumper and can be secured with two M3 bolts. Using the round glasses from the original lights to place them in front of the fog lights is also essential. For the fog lights, I utilized a D18mmx12mm reflector, while for the main lights, I used a lens. For the bull bar, aluminum tubes (more realistic) from 8mm diameter can be used, consisting of two tubes 28.5mm in length and one tube 70mm long. Alternatively, printing the bull bar in one piece is an option. To mount the LEDs in the main lights, you will need to print the LED socket (two times) and either glue or connect them with a screw. Success with assembly!
