New frameb for Flying Tourbillon Model 1.5 by A26

This is a remix of A26's Flying Tourbillon Model 1.5. When I originally printed the tourbillon, I opted to use a printed bearing since I didn't have any regular ones. Due to the loose tolerances on the bearing, everything on top of the frameb would tilt significantly whenever torque was applied to it from the mainspring, causing the balance wheel to occasionally rub against the 60tring gear, halting the mechanism. To remedy this, I added a ring on the frameb to reduce the effect, which seemed to work fine.
