New FAN DUCT for the Prusa Mendel i3 Rework!

Hello everyone, I'd like to share my brand new fan duct design specifically tailored for the Prusa Mendel i3 Rework. The main inspiration behind this creation was the need to concentrate air flow more effectively on all sides of the hot end. By implementing a novel approach, I was able to create a superior design that surpasses its predecessor in terms of air concentration. As an added bonus, I've included a Solidworks part that can be easily customized to suit individual preferences. Feel free to experiment and come up with your own innovative creations – I'd love to hear about them! One significant advantage of this new design is the fact that it can be printed without any supports required. For those interested in building this, keep in mind that it's designed specifically for a 40x40mm fan. For a hassle-free experience, I've put together some step-by-step instructions on how to print and assemble your brand new fan duct: I used the following settings when printing my prototype: layer height at 0.3mm and travel speed of 20mm/s for an optimal balance between quality and time.
