For my thesis, I applied TRIZ methodology from TUM to simplify the Bender24601 filament extruder model. Through an in-depth analysis of materials and costs, I identified areas for improvement while reusing the steppermotor and auger. The new design features reduced core parts, a continuous filament control system, and a unique Crusher module. This resulted in a 20cm/min output increase and significant cost reduction.
