Multi material New Era 59FIFTY Logo ATTENTION: all files have been flipped back to front for a gloss/glass finish. Three print jobs using one nozzle: First, print the small black text file. Next, print the black file. Then, print the gold file with infill settings. I always print the infill last, which helps if there's an error in a previous print. The gold infill binds all the other prints together. The completed print measures 195mm (round) by 0.6mm (thick). Print the first file, and once it finishes, preheat your printer. Keep the nozzle and bed hot. Don't remove the first print from the bed until the second print is complete. As long as you have good bed adhesion! I don't use tape, glue, or hairspray for bed adhesion. I only clean my glass with hot soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry it with paper towels before printing. Be careful not to touch the print area of your glass after cleaning. Settings: No bed adhesion is used. Nozzle temperature: 190-205 degrees Celsius (depending on room temperature). Bed temperature: 70 degrees Celsius. Layer height: 0.2mm. Infill percentage: 100%. Flow rate: 102.5%. Speed: 40mms. Retraction enabled. Z-hop enabled with a distance of 2mm. Ironing enabled. I've used Photoshop, TinkerCad, and Cura as my slicer. The gcode files are included, which have already been aligned with each other and contain all my current settings. Be careful when using my gcode files, as they're designed for a 200mm square print bed and this print is close to the right edge. Leave a comment if you encounter any issues or if you're happy with your print! Happy printing!
