A buddy of mine asked me to print out the New England Patriots logo in a way that he could display it on his shelf as a decorative item. I set my sights on giving it a '90s sports trophy look, rather than coming up with something that would save me a ton of filament. I scaled down the foot by 5% so it would fit snugly in the socket without requiring any sanding. It worked out pretty well at its original scale, but as you increase the size of the whole setup, those 5% differences become more apparent. Still, the foot holds up surprisingly well on my 190% sized version, leaving just enough room for a dab of hot glue.
