* I noticed GAWANT antenna from https://k1fm.us/2020/06/the-gawant-antenna/ * He made an enclosure for GAWANT at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4420677 * I also design a new enclosure more fit to my stuff --- ### 20220406 Update * The cover-1:4Screw is designed for be mounted with a tripod. you need a 1/4 in hot melt nut like the picture shown * body_BNC-JK-top is designed for the Rod with a BNC connector. #### 20210929 Update * "body_BNC-JF-mini.stl" is a new version using a BNC connector with panel flange. as shown in the picture 1. * The old version's BNC connector was easy to loose. * The new connector's dimension is as same as Amphenol RF 112653 @ mouser.com. * 4 M2.5x12 or M3x12 screws are using to mount the new connector. --- #### 20210916 Update * the two tiny legs were too long to be broken, so, I reduce them to 2mm; * I make the BNC connecter's mounting hole more higher to fit my FT-818ND's knob. * It maybe difficult to screw the BNC's nut. You could make some notch on nut, as shown in the last picture. At the final step, You should push the notch by a screw driver to fast the nut. --- #### 20210913, About the design * The Rod mounting Screw: I have a 2M rod antenna, there is an inner screw which could mount on a M6 Power Terminal's screw. So, the top hole was design for a M6 screw. * The Switch mounting: There are two tiny legs inside the enclosure. It was design to mount a 1P2T switch, SS-12F15. You can melt them by your soldering iron after putting the switch on them. * 4 M3x5mm~10mm screws, could be using to mount the back cover on the body.
