I've made some adjustments to my original embedded NFC tray that should address the issue of improper latching on some Mini NES shells. If you find that your shell clicks down only once when first closed, and never releases for another click, this update is likely what you need. I've shortened the length of the depressor, which allows the latch to release sooner. Since the tray now presses down further, I had to carve out a channel to clear the connectors for users with my Pi Control Rev 3 PCB.
