New charlotte - covid-19

I present my version of the play "Charlotte" for a respirator. I have observed, like many of you, the fragility of the tongue which breaks after several manipulations. An improvement with a ring around adds much, but rigidifies the whole and it happened to me to break the tongue when removing the piece from the mask. Armed with these observations, I went from the Italian file to make my modifications, the dimensions of the piece remain unchanged, the main block is strictly identical. Thank you to the Italian maker for this work and the sharing. I modified the base to simplify the post-treatment. I removed the tongue and designed a new one and two supports. To print the main block, follow the information given by Jacques, approximately 3h30. To print the tongue that you place flat, you can use layers of 0.3 and you will get an impression time of 20mn. Once both pieces printed, it is enough to assemble them by putting a drop of bi-component glue just on the "crochets". The tongue remains flexible and we can remove the piece from the mask without concern. Find the community of makers involved in the project: https://www.premium-forum.fr/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2199
