New Card Tray

This card holder can be tailored to fit the size of playing cards you're using simply by adjusting its base dimensions. The base, as shown here, measures 186mm X 125mm, which works perfectly for my chosen cards. To assemble it, I printed the parts in ABS and used acetone to glue everything together. For smoother card insertion, a light sanding on the inside edges of the upright pieces is recommended. I printed this model on my Da Vinci 1.0 at a 5% infill rate. Adding a raft to the base might prevent warping altogether. Although one corner did lift slightly, it didn't affect the print's outcome.
