New Bright 992 front loader drive gear bucket arm moded front wheel lock down
thingiverse
The brand-new, super-bright front loader boasts an innovative locking mechanism. Its state-of-the-art lock arm is specifically designed to secure the front wheels in both directions, providing unparalleled stability and peace of mind for users. In contrast, the original model only offered single-direction locking capability, relying on flimsy tabs on the case to hold things together from the other side - a design flaw that ultimately led to those tabs breaking off under stress. The new arm piece takes care of this issue by providing complete lockdown capabilities. To make matters worse, I had previously attempted to repair the broken lock arm with glue, but unfortunately, even the most skilled application couldn't withstand the toy's impressive power and durability. As a result, I've included two bucket arms in the package: one is designed for simple, easy cleanup of supports, perfect for those who have mastered the art of support cleaning; the other is more elaborate, ideal for users who can already do an excellent job of keeping things tidy. Please note that you may need to fine-tune the bucket arm as it requires a 6-hour print time. I've made adjustments to the design, but I haven't had a chance to print out a new version yet since I've been busy modifying my existing printed parts.
