NeverLost Nut & Bolt Spinny Thing

This part was initially a minor aspect of a larger project (see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:290064). I decided to upload it independently, as it can effortlessly be incorporated into any design or object requiring the fastening of separate parts with a nut and screw. The beauty of this part lies in its ability to remain within any "thing" you add it to - it won't fall out - while still printing as one piece without fusing to the surrounding shell. Its design allows for seamless spinning movement, all while staying securely attached to the encompassing part. Additionally, I have included a hollowed base containing a perfectly sized and scaled screw, positioned in the geometrical center for easy alignment. This part prints flawlessly as one piece and is best utilized when imported and added to larger parts; scaling is simple with minimal adjustments required. To prevent missed prints, minimize support needs, and remove any PLA residue between the nut and shell, use needlenose pliers or tweezers.
