Neustruder Upgrade Kit for Rigidbot with Single Extruder Plate. Mirror the Base+Block for Dual-Extruder Configurations. Includes a Mount for E3D V6 Hotend. Print 1 of Each Plastic Part, Regardless of Material. High-Temp Parts Perform Better in Case of Hotend Fan Failure. Purchased Components: 7x M3 Nuts 1x M3 30mm Screw 3x M3 35mm Screws 4x M3 40mm Screws 3x M3 10mm Screws 1x 8mm OD Hobbed Gear (E3D Hobb-Goblin Preferred) 1x 608 Bearing Optional: M10 Pneumatic Connector for Confining Filament Path into Extruder. Screws into Top Hole. Basic Assembly: This Upgrade Kit is Designed to be Modular and Easy to Assemble. Start by Disassembling the Stock Plate. Install M3 10mm Screws from Underside, Which Will Fasten Down "Base" Part Using 2 M3 Nuts in Countersunk Holes. Another Hexagonal Countersunk Hole on Base is Provided for Later Use. Next, Install Neustruder Base to Motor with Hobbed Gear. Refer to Video: https://youtu.be/ENSrDdC5VfA?t=684 for Detailed Instructions on How Gear, Motor, and Block Interconnect. Assemble 608 Retention Block Using Printed Axle Through 608 Bearing. Run M8 Screws through Holes into Block, Securing Them with Countersunk Nuts. See Video: https://youtu.be/ENSrDdC5VfA?t=266 for Detailed Assembly Instructions. Mount V6 Hotend into Groove Mount. It May Require Some Manipulation, but Once in Place, it Will Fit Snugly. Ensure Collet, Collet Lock (Small Blue Component), and Tubing are Securely Attached to V6. Final Step: Hand-Start E3D Retention Clip onto Other Half of Groove-Mount, Then Place Motor+Neustruder Assembly on Base, Ensuring PTFE Tube is Seated in Hole. Tighten M3 35mm Screw into Stepper Motor Threaded Hole, Pulling Groove Mount and Motor Inward. Complete Installation by Tightening Top M3 35mm Screw into Base.
