Netzteil Abdeckung

Today is a power supply unit which will be used for testing purposes. This means that it must have the corresponding protection against contact if it is to be used properly. Therefore, I designed a housing that is intended for stress relief and can be screwed onto the power supply unit. The Winkelteil is what is attached to the edge of the aluminum housing on the power supply unit. In addition, the holes will be equipped with M3 threaded inserts. If you want to see the LED, I have also drawn an additional long pocket inside that can be inserted with a piece of transparent plastic after the round pocket has been drilled out. The corresponding feet for this have been printed with Flexi, which still warped at my small printer even with a 20-track Brim and 2 layers at 0.1mm thickness with Dimafix. I solved this problem by printing only 3 layers, then pressing the pause button to attach the Brim to the glass plate with tape. This solved the warping problem and resulted in a clean print. Then I tried using the water wood glue mixture without tape and it adhered well to the Flexi on the glass. Version V2D has a blind cover so you can install components as desired. Version 2DD is without second stress relief with longer lid for self-assembly. Version VKS is for installing a switch, banana plugs, and fine security holders. I have removed the drill holes and markings just like the ones on the bottom, so everyone has the freedom to position their components as they see fit. This part was printed and tested.
