Finally one of the injection molded connectors snapped after countless crashes.\r\n\r\nI revamped it for use with semi-rigid TPU hard filament. I utilized extrudr.eu's TPU Flex Hard filament, boasting a shore hardness of 58D (slightly pliable yet extremely resilient and high in impact strength). \r\nJust attach the spacer to the glass fiber rod (BEFORE attaching the cap to the rod). Insert the spacer into the connector and simply screw the cap onto the connector. It functions with seamless precision.
