NetGeo Rock Tumbler Pulley Replacement

NetGeo Rock Tumbler Pulley Replacement

thingiverse

Designed for a friend whose kids' National Geographic rock tumbler had failed, I created this new pulley to get them back up and running. The press fit is very tight, so I used a clamp to install it, but also added a set screw for extra security. With the new pulley installed, my friend has had no issues at all in the week since it was put into service. Uses m3 nuts (http://amzn.to/2kRawZN) and grub screws (http://amzn.to/2kR2CiX). Print Settings: Printer: FolgerTech 2020 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .1 Infill: 30% Notes: I printed this in PETG, which required support. If you print it in another material, you might not need to use supports.
